Vounteer at the Gigi’s FAC Walk Run

People with or without Down Syndrome, ages ages 16 & up, are needed to volunteer at the Gigi’s event. You will be partnered with a typical peer and make new friends, enjoy the outdoors and help Gigi’s Playhouse get a location in Las Vegas. Parents/caregivers can also volunteer, but we prefer that an individual with DS/IDD be paired with a typical peer or sibling, rather than a parent/caregiver.

Our volunteers will help hand out shirts, set up and tear down, provide support and encouragement for the kids’ dash, and participate in celebrating all things Down syndrome!

Participants of all abilities can add this to their work experience and resume in future pursuits of employment, and use DSCLV as a reference.

Transportation to and from this event is not provided! DSCLV will have an area set up for parents/caregivers to hang out.
