Our 4th Annual conference will focus on Meeting the Future, preparing to meet any challenges and help our individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
This conference is for parents/caregivers, adult siblings, teens and adults with Down syndrome and also for all professionals who serve people with DS of any age. Leave with a sense of HOPE, RENEWED PURPOSE, and new tools to use to better the lives of individuals with Down syndrome!
